Job description : Inside Sales / Business Development Specialist
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Lead generating
- Manage lead list, generating lead calls within set SLA guidelines to generate opportunities
- Respond to phone and e-mail sales inquiries in a timely, efficient and professional manner
- Maintain expert-level knowledge on the features and business applications of the company's product line
- Performs cold calling duties
WHAT YOU NEED:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Inside sales or Cold calling or lead generation or experience in phone sales
- Requires an excellent telephone and personal demeanor
- Must be able to describe products and match their advantages to customer needs
- Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneoulsy
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, business information services, and CRM applications
- Requires the ability to work cooperatively on a team with other sales representatives
- Previous experience in phone sales and cold calling can also apply
